About the Administrative Agent
An administrative agent (행정사) office in Songdo, Incheon, working with foreign residents, international students, workers, and businesses across Korea. From Korean visas and residence status (work, marriage, overseas-Korean, and student D-2/D-4), immigration, naturalization, and family invitation to apostille and document authentication with foreign-language document and translation preparation (notarization arranged with a notary public), business and foreign-investment registration, foreign real-estate acquisition and remittance reporting, vehicle registration, housing and residence-address reporting, and wage-arrears or industrial-accident claims, we prepare the documents submitted to Korean administrative agencies and handle the procedures.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
An administrative agent who understands
how agencies process cases
Submitting documents and knowing how they are processed are two different things.
For 20 years as a civil servant, I saw firsthand—inside the administrative agency—how public applications and administrative matters are received, reviewed, and decided.
Applications, support programs, permits, and notifications don't end simply by assembling the required documents. You have to anticipate what the officer checks, what evidence the decision rests on, and at which stage supplementation is needed.
Because I know an agency's workflow and internal review process from experience, I prepare the documents and procedures down to the practical details that are easy to miss for anyone who has never worked inside an administrative agency.
