About our office

QWhat kinds of work can I entrust to an administrative agent?

An administrative agent handles administrative work on your behalf, such as preparing documents submitted to administrative agencies and filing them for you, applications for permits, licenses, and reports, immigration and stay (visa) matters, naturalization and nationality, motor vehicle and real estate registration, and authentication of documents for submission abroad (apostille and consular legalization).

QDoes an administrative agent handle administrative appeals?

Yes. Hwang Yunsang Administrative Office prepares administrative appeal petitions and applications for a stay of execution, organizes supporting materials and files them on your behalf, and also prepares supplementary briefs. Because it is important to submit the documents within the set filing period after a disposition, it is best to request a consultation as soon as you receive the disposition notice.

QHow do I request a consultation?

You can request one by phone (010-3374-2687), by email ([email protected]), or through the inquiry form on our website.

QWhere is the office located?

The office is at Room 2697, 26th floor, POSCO Tower Songdo, 165 Convensia-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

QCan I get a consultation in a foreign language?

Yes. In writing, through messaging apps such as KakaoTalk and by email, we can handle every consultation in your language. We can also consult in conversation using real-time translation on Meta smart glasses. Our website provides information in 16 languages including Korean: English, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Arabic, Indonesian, Uzbek, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Swedish.

QHow are service fees determined?

Service fees are calculated after a consultation, based on the type and difficulty of the work, and government fees and other official charges are separate. The fee standards for each type of work are available on our fee guide page.
