In administrative procedures, there are times when facts that cannot be confirmed by documents alone must be checked on site. For example, whether a business is operating as reported, or whether a facility is equipped to the required standards. We are recruiting fact-finding investigation partners to do this work with us.
What You Will Do
- On-site checks: Check how business premises, facilities and buildings are being used, and record them with photographs
- Public record research: Inspect and organize records that anyone can access, such as property registers and building ledgers
- Interview assistance: Assist with interviews conducted with the consent of the persons concerned and with preparing confirmation statements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in criminal investigation, investigation or insurance investigation
- Able to travel easily within the Incheon and Gyeonggi area
- Familiar with photographic documentation and report writing
Principles We Uphold
Fact-finding is limited to checking physical and documentary facts about businesses, facilities and records. We verify facts by inspecting public registers, entering sites with permission and holding interviews with the consent of the persons concerned. We neither request nor carry out investigations into a specific person’s whereabouts, cohabitation or movements, or location tracking, wiretapping, tailing or stakeouts. Information learned during an investigation is used only for that assignment and is not disclosed to anyone outside.
