Hwang Yunsang Administrative Office has launched New World Gov, an administrative support website that helps sole proprietors and corporate businesses with their administrative work.

The New World Gov screens are currently provided in Korean.
On New World Gov, you can calculate payroll and insurance contributions, prepare documents, and check filing and payment deadlines, the tasks business owners have to take care of themselves. Once you register your business information, it is used together for preparing forms, calculations and deadline display.
About the Beta Version
New World Gov is still a beta version. Some menus may not work smoothly, for example results may not come out properly or linked data may fail to load. Please start with the menus listed below, which are ready to use. We will keep improving the menus that are not yet complete.
Menus to Try First
- 4 major social insurances calculator: Calculates the employee’s and the employer’s contributions at this year’s rates.
- Severance pay, annual leave and weekly holiday allowance calculator: Calculates severance pay based on average wages, annual leave based on the date of joining, and weekly holiday allowance based on hourly wage and contractual working hours.
- Form preparation: Prepare more than 30 types of forms, including certification of contents, employment contracts, written objections and information disclosure requests, and preview, copy or print them.
- Deadline calendar: Check statutory filing and payment deadlines by month and by field.
- Permit feasibility check: Enter the type of business, the zoning district and the building use, and it shows the permits required, the documents to prepare and the order of steps.
Calculation and check results are for reference. Before submitting documents, please check the applicable laws and rates once more.
How to Use
Click “Browse” (구경하기) on the first screen to view all menus and screens without logging in. In this mode, sample business information is displayed. The calculators and form preparation (preview, copy, print) can be used right away without logging in, while functions that keep your information, such as saving documents, are available after you log in.

If you find an error or anything inconvenient while using the site, please let us know which menu it was and what happened. You can leave a message in the “Request to the operator” (운영자에게 요청) menu of New World Gov after logging in, or contact us by office phone (010-3374-2687) or through the Contact page. We will review what you report and reflect it in our fixes.
