Persons who received a driving license cancellation or suspension. If only penalty points were applied and no disposition notice was issued, first check accumulated demerit points and whether a disposition is planned.

Check the disposition notice, notification date, and reason for the disposition.

Prepare evidence proving driving history, occupation, livelihood, and family dependents as applicable.

Confirm the competent committee and file an administrative appeal online or in writing.

An objection must be filed within 60 days from the date of disposition; an administrative appeal within 90 days from the date of knowing the disposition or within 180 days from the date of disposition. There is no fee for administrative appeals.Official check
