Persons who object to physical grade determinations or who wish to request a re-examination or change of military service disposition due to illness or mental/physical disability.

Procedure

Check the military service determination result, the determination date, and the time limit for filing an objection.

Prepare the objection form and supporting materials such as medical certificates and medical records.

Confirm the latest form and submission methods (fax, mail, etc.) of the competent Military Manpower Administration, and verify receipt.

Objections to military classification are guided within 10 days including the date of classification. Administrative appeal deadlines for military disposition objections are reviewed on the basis of 90 days from the date of knowing the disposition.Official check
