Excellent Real Estate Service Provider Certification Requirements and Review Criteria — Core and Linked Services, 70% Pass Line

Procedure

1. 1. Decide the core service and the linkage structure

   Decide which real estate service, such as brokerage, management, development or leasing, will be the core service, and settle on the linked businesses and the linked services to be provided together. All participating businesses must have completed business registration.

2. 2. Self-check against the certification criteria

   The main pillars of the certification criteria are the provider's expertise and compliance with laws and regulations, the stability and excellence of the service, and consumer protection measures. Following the score table for each review item, separate the items you can prove with current operating records from the items you need to create.

3. 3. Prepare the operation plan and supporting evidence

   In the real estate service operation plan, describe the flow of providing the core service and the linked services, the consumer protection procedures from contract to follow-up management, and the staffing. Also put together supporting evidence such as internal regulations, work manuals and customer service records.

4. 4. Application and supplementation

   Submit the application form, the documents showing that the certification criteria are met, and the operation plan. If you receive a request for supplementation, you must supplement the application within 30 days. If you fail to do so within that period, the documents and the fee are returned and the application ends.

5. 5. Review, certification and periodic inspection

   After deliberation by the Certification Review Committee, the result is issued within 60 days from the date of receipt, and this period may be extended once by up to 30 days. Once certified, you may use the certification mark, and an inspection of whether the criteria are still met takes place every 2 years from the certification date.

• Small and medium enterprise confirmation certificate (when the micro enterprise standard applies)

Fees

Agency fees for preparing the certification application documents are generally priced in the industry from the 1,000,000 won range to several million won and vary with how much of the operation plan and internal regulations must be newly written. The certification fee is paid separately in the amount set by public notice. We will tell you the fee after a consultation, based on your business structure.
